On April 11, 2025, US time, Sunrise Investment International, Future Securities Holdings (HK) Limited, and Future Securities Holdings (HK) Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the United States. The three parties will fully leverage their respective advantages in equity investment, cross-border investment banking, and securities finance to jointly promote the international capital operation of Chinese enterprises and assist in the globalization of high-tech industries。

      The agreement emphasizes that the three parties will establish a long-term communication mechanism to ensure efficient resource allocation and maintain an exclusive cooperative relationship during the five-year cooperation period. At the same time, all parties promise to strictly abide by laws and regulations, jointly maintain market order, and promote compliant and professional cross-border capital operations.   

      The achievement of this strategic cooperation marks the official launch of the deep collaboration between Mingyun Sunshine, Future Securities, and Metaverse Digital Investment in the field of cross-border finance. Against the backdrop of global capital market changes, strategic cooperation among the three parties will more effectively assist Chinese enterprises in flexibly responding to changes in the international financing environment. Currently, the US stock market remains the preferred global financing option, but due to the regulatory game between China and the United States, some Chinese concept stocks have shifted their focus to dual listing on the Hong Kong stock market; Hong Kong stocks rely on the interconnection mechanism to attract southbound capital and support the valuation repair of mainland enterprises. At the same time, the Nasdaq SPAC model is cooling down, traditional IPOs are still mainstream, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's SPAC listing threshold is relatively high, which further tests the capital operation ability of enterprises.
